I totally empathize with David. Is he so mis-guided? (Not in terms o Hollywood money and a sequel! FU:) !) There's a moral dilemma that Ridley Scott's film opens widescreen. How can you save the people that aren't necessarily your 'brother' but were strangeways always meant to be? So. It's a film far more full of questions and answers than Selma. Sorry. Shot my foot, but what the heck.
Wonder Woman speaks all for itself. A REALLY masterful movie. (Quote me, that's OK;) I believe in not squashing Ms ….with the tank. Now: making audiences believe that their is something higher; that's an achievement for a Hollywood movie.

There's a film series at MoMA until August 31: Future Imperfect: The Uncanny in Science Fiction. (Curated by MoMA's ever enthusiastic Josh Siegel) A lot of familiar territory but gems there unearthed. Great big beautiful screens. Sure beats a tablet experience!
