LETTER TO A FRIEND:

Have you seen the film Hell or High Water? I don’t condone (nor does Jeff Bridges' character-more complex than first it seems) in any way the fact that innocent people are killed by the protagonists. Even a very few. The American government apropos has been guilty of how many hundreds of thousands (if not more) of civilian deaths over the years/decades? And yet? The irony surely of that film is that thousands more innocent good willing American citizens were left to die by the American financial system that totally screwed them. They totally made and lost money by screwing them. And then, tried continually screwing them all over agin. Remind me: how much did the American taxpayer (that's fairly normal people 'cause as you all know the great 'American' corporations pay next to no tax due to off-shore 'inversions' - so it is YOUR money bailing you out of nothing!)  'bail out' ?  Time for an another eternal drink one would have thought, Noel Coward. Coward the banker, of course. 

[A slight addition: there are a lot of good, decent, hard-working men and women in the financial industries throughout the world. Smashing the windows of those institutions or whatever else isn't a solution to anything. It is always the corporate trickle down effect. The buck really does stop right there.]  

Don't know why the NYPD didn't want ANDREW's FILM KNIGHT every Friday...? ! Maybe I inadvertently sent it to the Feds for indigestion. Yikes! U know what ...like.. [Truth: they didn't get any free alch....u know Freudeian prohibition DNA and all...]
