Whiskers, nothing more than whiskers,
Trying to forget my whiskers of love
Teardrops rolling down on my face,
Trying to forget my feelings of love
Feelings, for all my life I'll feel it
I wish I've never met you, girl; you'll never come again
Kitty's a bit worried about my latest Instagram post:
We are in negotiations for her very own IG site. Dog help me!;)

If you didn’dig Wagner Week then the Met Opera free streams more: Rossini’s Barber of Seville- swoon cast..
Superb production (whose that dogged director Bartlett Sher?:) Thank you Met Opera. Come stai, Maestro Benini? I’d agreed to play an elephant in a well-fated sitcom. Imagine now:…mulla for old poop! Bellisima tempi! But Massenet isn’t Rossini…;) You want want another of what I’m having’ at the open bar? Now: I’ll drink u under the table with Nixon in China…ok..a triple if you can in Mandarin..ooops..very nice patent leather….those boots were made for walkin’…..
Bellisima ma chère chat chatreuse…. rêves
Rossini got very melancholic. His opera William Tell of 1829 wasn’t badly received at all. But he retreated from composing for many decades after. I’m convinced Wagner’s Götterdämmerung’s Götterdämmerung cries of pain and freedom were directly influenced by William Tell’s finale.
faites de beaux rêves…tous les…
[Maestro Riccardo Muti, I just discovered we share a birthday, July 28! That’s kinda weird. Wish the internet existed back then! Time for reflection is great, isn’t it? The world of musicians and curious creatures will miss you greatly when you pass (no time soon we hope!) [softly into the mountains, streams, brooks and waves of another life.] Kitty will be very curious, but I promise not to tell her:)
Next morning:
They all laughed at…But ho, ho, ho! Who's got the last laugh meow?
