Was in lucky position, be sent all these amazing approval discs of The Avengers. I hate 'awesome' but in this context most thinks appropiate, they are AMAZING! There seem an 'innocence' to the story lines and yet…hello 2025!

The wondrous, adventurous Diana Rigg who passed last week. I was a total addict of Brit TV series The Avengers as a kid. So pleased to have watched many again thanks to Optimum Home Entertainment (Studio Canal) 's re-mastering of the episodes (these are Region 2 not USA discs-a portable DVD player's dead cheap these days). The storylines, everything is a must see. Needless to say, where did the writers get their ideas from! How times have changed, eh…;(
